We at KEATH.ai are truly honoured to announce our participation in Jisc's AI in Assessment Pilot Project. This year-long project, led by Jisc, will explore how AI tools can help educators reduce the time spent on marking and providing feedback while maintaining the highest standards of educational quality. KEATH.ai is thrilled to be selected for Strand 1, which focuses on tools designed specifically to support assessment in higher education.

Jisc is a leading non-profit organization that supports the digital infrastructure and innovation for the UK's higher education, research, and further education sectors. For over 25 years, Jisc has played a critical role in driving digital transformation across UK education.

Their initiatives, such as Digital Resources and Cybersecurity for Education, have helped universities and colleges adopt technology that enhances learning, teaching, and administrative processes. Jisc has also been at the forefront of AI research and development, with past projects like AI in Education and Learning Analytics that aim to harness technology to improve student outcomes and teaching practices.

Their AI in Assessment Pilot is part of their ongoing efforts to explore AI's potential in revolutionizing educational practices, improving learning outcomes, and reducing the burden on educators. This pilot will involve institutions using AI to assist with formative and summative assessment, focusing on both the benefits and challenges of AI implementation in educational settings.

At KEATH.ai, we share Jisc's commitment to supporting educators. Our Human-in-the-Loop approach ensures that AI enhances, rather than replaces, the role of educators. By integrating AI into the feedback and assessment process while allowing for human oversight, we ensure that academic integrity and personalized feedback remain central to the learning experience.

We are excited about this opportunity to collaborate with Jisc and universities across the UK, and look forward to contributing to the ongoing development of AI-driven educational solutions that benefit both teachers and students.
